I purchased tickets through Pelago a week ago. After seeing a forecast for temperatures exceeding 40°C, I requested a date change. However, Pelago claimed they contacted Luna Park and stated that no changes were possible. Despite explaining that I am a cancer patient and cannot be out in extreme heat, even offering to provide a medical certificate, the consultant named Cindy stopped responding entirely. To make matters worse, several rides weren't even operating due to the heat. If they can't provide a proper service or run the park safely, why are they even selling tickets?
It was good, but some important rides were closed due to rain.
