Entry & health rules
- African swine fever (ASF): for the pigs' health, travelers who have visited a country with African swine fever (ASF) outbreaks within the past 2 days cannot enter; you may only join from your 3rd day in Japan.
- Refund: guests refused entry due to ASF restrictions can request a full refund.
Before the experience
- Waiver: a liability waiver must be signed before the experience.
- Slippers & lockers: before entering, change into slippers at reception and put your bags in a locker.
- Check-in: please arrive on time and check in 10 minutes before the experience starts. Late arrivals and no-shows are treated as forfeiting the booking, and no refund will be given.
With the pigs
- Pig assignment: staff will choose and assign the pigs and help switch them; thank you for your cooperation and patience.
- Number of pigs: groups of 1–4 people interact with 2 pigs; groups of 5 or more interact with 3 pigs (subject to on-site arrangements).
- Clothes & bites: if a pig soils your clothes or gives you a minor bite during the experience, basic first aid is provided on-site; you are responsible for any related liability.
