- Service Introduction -

• Charter Duration: The charter duration for the main island is 8 hours/10 hours, while for Miyakojima and Ishigakijima, it is 5 hours/8 hours.

  
  

• If you require overtime, please check with our customer service first to see if an extension is possible. If it is, please place an order for the required extra hours on the product page.

  
  
• Departure Time: The driver will wait at the designated location before the agreed departure time. If the departure is delayed due to the guest's own reasons, the time will still be calculated from the agreed time, so please plan your schedule accordingly!
• Departure Location: Generally, the meeting point is at the hotel or guesthouse entrance, but you can also specify other departure or end locations upon request. If the pick-up/drop-off location is outside the standard service area (South to Chatan Town), an additional deadhead fee will be charged; please refer to the additional fees section.
  
  Service Distance: The price on the main island page covers service from the
  south to the north (up to Kouri Island). For itineraries north of Kouri
  Island, please consult customer service first.
• Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to the same island (Okinawa Main Island, Miyakojima, or Ishigakijima) and cannot be used across different islands. Thank you for your understanding.
