It wasn't disclosed before purchase that the Sim card is actually from Hong Kong and all the traffic is routed through there. Services that are blocked there will not work.
Difficult to use and can't be used - mainly cause the backend provider is Hutchison HK and it requires real name verification. Yet, it kept failing the verification despite providing requested legit information. Not even sure if this one is mining data. Bought another Japan esim from another platform and didn't have this issue. Activation is a breeze with other backend providers. DO NOT BUY THIS. BUY AT OWN RISK.
E sim can not install, the code is not valid
It was a total flop, try to install the esim but it doesn’t work at all. They don’t even provide you the manual setting incase if the qr doesn’t work.
