40 minsAdmission Ticket Not IncludedThe Emerald Grotto Discovered in 1932 by a local fisherman, Luigi Buonocore. It was named after the play of color from cobalt blue to turquoise and then passing from green to emerald green, due to the sunlight that crosses an underwater furrow that connects it to the open sea. The captain will stop in front of the cave and ask customers if they wish to visit it, in which case they will get off the small pier and reach the cave, not far away, on foot, and then get on the small boat that will go around the cave. Once the visit is over, the captain will be waiting for them to continue the tour. Waiting times vary and access is allowed only with favorable water conditions. The stage is not mandatory.
