【Hankyu 1-Day Pass】
・You can reserve up to 4 tickets in one booking. However, all users must travel together at all times. If any members wish to travel separately, please make individual reservations.
・Please ensure you have a smartphone with internet access and a camera function.
*Feature phones (e.g., flip phones) are not supported.

【One-Way Ticket for the Sagano Romantic Train】
Those under 6 years old may sit on the lap of each passenger who occupies a seat. There is no charge for this.
If you are traveling with a second one or wish to reserve a seat for them, you must purchase a child ticket.
- Young children: 1 year old or older, but under 6 years old.
- Infants: under 1 year old (can travel for free).
Those aged 6 but under 7 and who have not yet entered elementary school are considered young children.
Elementary school students who are aged 12 but under 13 are considered children.

【Hankyu 1-Day Pass】
・Digital special tickets cannot be used with other tickets or IC card tickets. Fare adjustment machines cannot be used either.
・When using digital special tickets, please use ticket gates that support QR codes.
・For refunds, please contact the place of purchase, such as your travel agency.
・In cases of natural disasters or other disruptions, the railway operator (service provider) may suspend or partially interrupt services associated with the digital special ticket without prior notice.
・If necessary, refunds for digital special tickets may still be processed through this ticket service, even after usage has started, at the discretion of the railway operator.
・The ticket cannot be used if purchase information cannot be confirmed due to device malfunction or a dead battery. In such cases, the standard passenger fare from the entry station to the exit station will be charged separately.
・This ticket is valid for one day, from 3:00 AM to 2:59 AM the following day. Please ensure you press the “Start Use” button after 3:00 AM on the day of use. Activating the ticket between 12:00 AM and 2:59 AM will render it invalid for use after 3:00 AM.
・Handling is subject to the transportation terms and conditions, etc.

【One-Way Ticket for the Sagano Romantic Train】
・This ticket is only available in electronic format.
・How to use
To board the train, click the mobile voucher URL before the designated boarding time and show the E-ticket screen to the staff member at the station ticket gate. There is no need to exchange it at the ticket office. If no attendant is available, please go directly to your designated seat on the train.
・You are only allowed to board the train that has been specified.
・There may be holidays, partial suspensions, or special train operations during different seasons. Please refer to the website for specific details.

・You may be moved to a seat further apart or an aisle seat based on availability.
・After making your reservation, please check your assigned seat on the digital ticket screen.

【One-Way Ticket for the Sagano Romantic Train】
・All Sagano Romantic Trains feature reserved seating and are designated as non-smoking.
・The No.5 Car, also known as "Rich," is an open-air car with no glass windows. Please note that if it rains, you may get wet.
・Umbrellas are not allowed onboard during rainy weather.
・If you get off the train mid-journey, the remainder of your trip will be unavailable.
・No changes allowed after reservation: passenger count, boarding date, and departure time are fixed.
・You can change your seat up to 2 days before boarding. You can change seats up to three times.
・All mentioned times are in local time in Japan.
・Reservations can be made starting 28 days before the specified boarding date.
・Reservations must be completed (payment finalized) at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
