- Last admission is at 03:30 PM daily.
- Closed on ANZAC Day, 25 April, and Christmas Day, 25 December.
- Car park is open daily from 07:30 AM to 05:30 PM.
- The sanctuary remains open in light rain.
- In severe weather, the sanctuary may close for guest, animal, and staff safety.
