2. Damage Insurance Assessment: We assess the condition of luggage upon pickup, so we recommend taking photos when you drop off your luggage.
If you do not verify the condition of your luggage at the time of pickup, we cannot provide compensation for damages.
Transportation and Safety: While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, minor scratches or marks may occur during transport. We recommend using a luggage cover for additional protection.
- Excess Weight: Damage caused by excess weight is considered the customer's responsibility and will not be compensated.
- Non-impact Damage: Damage not caused by external impact (e.g., wear and tear on old products, wheels, or handles) is not eligible for compensation.
- Liability and Compensation: [Lost Items] In the event of lost luggage, we provide compensation up to KRW 500,000 (if the responsibility lies with our company).
- [Damaged Items] If your luggage is damaged, we provide compensation up to KRW 200,000 depending on the extent of the damage.
According to our standards, we provide compensation up to KRW 200,000 through compensation for parts or depreciation (regardless of the original purchase price).
