*If the ticket is not used by the expiration date printed on it, it will become invalid.
*If the exchanged ticket cannot be used at the automated ticket gates, please inform a station attendant. After verification, a new ticket will be issued.

A: Yes. You can present the QR code on your smartphone to collect a ticket.
Q: How to use the ticket?
A: A voucher with a QR code will be sent to your email after the booking is confirmed. Please collect an admission ticket by using the voucher. For some business operators, you may only need to show your voucher on the smartphone to participate in the experience. Please check each product page for more details.
Q: Can I change or cancel my reservation?
