Meeting Point Information
- Meeting Point: Aquarium Wharf, Darling Harbour, NSW, 2000 (near Madame Tussauds Sydney and WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo).
- Please arrive 15–20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

- Cruise duration is 90 minutes, including boarding and disembarking time.

- While scheduled around sunset, specific sunset views cannot be guaranteed due to weather.
- Cruises are subject to a minimum of 15 passengers; the operator may reschedule if this is not met.
- Cruises do not operate during the months of June, July, or August.

- You must be of legal drinking age and present a valid photo ID to consume alcohol.

Booking Confirmation
- Your booking will be confirmed instantly.
Cancellation Policy
- You may reschedule or request a refund up to seven (7) days prior to your scheduled departure date.
- Any rescheduling requests or refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to info@seasydneyharbour.com.au.
- Requests received within seven (7) days of the booked departure date will incur either a 100% cancellation fee if you request a refund, or a 50% fee if you request a reschedule.
- Any proposed rescheduled date must be within twelve (12) months of the original booking date; otherwise, you will be deemed to have cancelled the booking and no refund will be provided.
- You may make only one (1) rescheduling request per booking.
- All rescheduling requests are subject to acceptance by Sea Sydney Harbour and may be approved or declined at its sole discretion.
- If pricing for the new date differs from the original booking, you will be required to pay the difference, or if the new price is lower, the difference will be credited back to you.
Voucher Use
- Present your mobile or printed voucher to the crew at the wharf for boarding.
