- The pass is not valid on the Kobe Kosoku line (Kobe Rapid Transit).
- Digital tickets cannot be used in conjunction with other tickets or IC card tickets.
- The ticket is valid from 3:00 AM to 2:59 AM. Activating your ticket between 12:00 AM to 2:59 AM will render it invalid for use after 3:00 AM.
- If a group wishes to travel individually, separate passes must be booked.
- Please read the detailed instructions on how to use your pass.
- Children aged 0-5 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- A paying adult can only bring 2 children free of charge. A child ticket will be required for each additional child. Please purchase a ticket at the station.
Present your mobile voucher and the passports of all travellers at one of the designated counters to receive your tickets.
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider instantly.
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 2 days before your selected activity date. No refund will be issued if cancelled less than 2 days before your selected activity date.

It was very easy to redeem which it was given a QR code to gain access to all Hankyu lines for 1 day.
There are trains every few minutes between Osaka and Kyoto so didn't have to wait long and had no problems finding a seat. Found the QR codes at the ticket barrier a bit fiddly due to having both tickets on one device.
