- There will be a staff member waiting for you at this area to assist and
guide you to meet your driver.

• For Domestic Flights:

- VietJet Air: Arrival Hall A1 & A2.

- All other airlines: Pillar 23A.

• Please select your preferred pick-up time:

- Recommended 60 minutes after landing for international flights.

- Recommended 30 minutes after landing for domestic flights.

• If your flight arrives early, please wait at the designated meeting point.

  
  

• In case of delays or emergency changes, contact customer service in advance for assistance. Grace period extensions depend on daily schedules and may incur a small fee, payable directly to the driver.

  
  

• Please double-check the driver’s license plate and name board before boarding. Refunds are not applicable for boarding the wrong vehicle.

  
  

• Stay connected via phone, WhatsApp, or message for smooth coordination. If the driver or support team cannot reach you, the booking may be marked as a no-show without refund.
