In the event of a typhoon or other adverse weather conditions, a decision will be made one day before departure (12:00 local time) whether the tour will be canceled or not, and will be notified by email at any time.

Once the ticket is issued, there is no refund value. Therefore, if the departure is temporarily canceled after the ticket is issued or on the same day, refunds cannot be processed.

In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, except for the supporting packages provided by the airline, our company is unable to assist in rescheduling, transfer to other airlines, arrange accommodation for passengers, or provide any other additional compensation. If you still want to go as scheduled, please book tickets from other airlines. The relevant additional expenses will be borne by you. Please forgive me.
In the event of flight delays or cancellations, the handling fees or penalties for cancellation of certain hotels will be based on the amount responded by each hotel. If accommodation is guaranteed for the whole trip, no refund will be given if you want to cancel the trip. (The same applies to flight cancellations or delays, and natural disasters will be discussed separately)
If the flight is delayed or canceled, if you have additionally booked KKday component products (car rental/day tour/airport transfer...etc.), if they cannot be used, cancellation fees will still be charged in accordance with the product cancellation policy.
If you require additional credit card services (such as airport transfers, airport parking, and travel insurance) and are making payments via third-party payment methods such as LINE Pay or JKO Pay, please call your issuing bank to inquire whether linking your credit card to a third-party payment platform is within their scope before placing an order.
Please read the product description page carefully before purchasing any gifts included with the purchase of a designated plan. If you fail to claim the gift due to model incompatibility or personal reasons, it will be considered a voluntary waiver and you will not be able to exchange it for another gift.
If you request to cancel your order 31 days or more before your specified departure date, KKday will incur a loss as KKday has already paid for the airfare and hotel fees and the amount is non-refundable. In accordance with the standard contract for overseas travel, KKday is entitled to provide proof of payment and will refund the remaining amount after deducting the relevant expenses.
To ensure flight safety, passengers are not permitted to use power banks for charging on board; nor are they permitted to place power banks in the overhead bins. Spare batteries must be kept separately in their original packaging, or with external contact ports sealed or placed separately in a protective bag to prevent short circuits.
