• Shuri Castle

It is a symbol of the history and culture of Okinawa. Entering Shuri Castle is
like stepping into the history of the Ryukyu Kingdom. Shuri Castle is located
on a small hill and is surrounded by solid walls. Apart from a few squares,
there are also holy places used for worship. In certain seasons, people will
worship in holy places. Although some buildings were destroyed during the war,
Shuri Castle still maintains the characteristics of the ancient city, while
also achieving new development.

In December 2000, the Shuri Castle Ruins were registered as a World Heritage
Site. The Seiden (Main Hall), rebuilt after the 2019 fire, reopens on November
23, 2026; visiting the interior of the Seiden requires a timed reservation in
advance on the official website. Other facilities such as the Hokuden (North
Hall) and Nanden (South Hall) will be restored in phases.

• Senagajima Umikaji Terrace (Okinawa's Little Greece)

Located about 15 minutes by car from Naha Airport, it is a shopping and
gourmet paradise where Okinawa's local and Japanese product stores are
connected to the west coast of Senaga Island. Construction was completed in
the summer of 2015. You can enjoy a variety of Made In Okinawa agricultural
products, as well as a variety of cafes and restaurants, exclusive to the
excellent sunset and airplane viewing platform. It has become a new shopping
and sightseeing spot in Okinawa.

• American Village

American Village is located in Chatan Town, central Okinawa, about 20 km from
Naha Airport, about 30 minutes by car. After the Second World War, due to
factors such as the close proximity of the US military bases, US military
facilities, and the large population of residents, the area had an American
style. From the most conspicuous Ferris wheel to all kinds of American things,
it is like shopping in the United States. It not only attracts a large number
of Japanese local tourists but also many U.S. residents in Japan. It can be
said that the area is the most internationally colored destination in Okinawa.

• Kokusai-dori Street (International Street)

Kokusai-dori Street is the busiest commercial street in Naha City, with a
total length of about 1.6 km. After the Battle of Okinawa in 1944, department
stores, restaurants, movie theaters, and other facilities were newly built in
the surrounding area, and many people did business here, so it gradually
became the most prosperous area in Naha City, also known as "1 Mile of the
Miracle".
