Shoden is the first level of Reiki training (Reiki I or Reiki Level 1) in the traditional Japanese system of Usui Reiki. In Shoden, you'll learn the basics of Reiki. Uncover the history and principles of Reiki and learn the hand positions for self-treatment and treatment of others. You will also receive an attunement, which is a specific energy transmission that opens and activates your energy channels.
After completing Shoden training, you can perform Reiki on yourself and others for physical healing and relaxation. You will be an official Reiki practitioner at the end of this Level 1 Reiki Attunement Workshop.
