The remnants and artifacts are housed in an old railway building . There are old train models on display, photographs, tableware and oddities from the history of the railway, such as the engine seat that allowed visiting dignitaries like Theodore Roosevelt to take perfect riffle shots at unsuspecting wildlife from the front of the train. They are set as a museum to represent Kenya ‘s 40 ethnic groups and to express their cultures and traditions. Programs based on traditional dances of the different tribes are presented with brilliant performances. The dancers finish with a lively display of acrobatics and tumbling. The shows begin at 14.30hrs and runs until 16:30 hrs.
