The Fast Track service provides access to a priority or faster processing lane
compared to regular queues. The service is designed to help reduce processing
time; however, waiting time may still occur depending on airport conditions,

control. The service does not guarantee zero waiting time.

Please note: Fast Track service only covers priority assistance during
immigration/ security procedures. It does not include airline check-in, or
baggage handling. These services are fully managed by the airline and are

✅ 2. Visa & Immigration Responsibility

Please note: The customer is responsible for ensuring that their visa is
valid, legally issued, and meets all requirements for entry into and exit from
Vietnam. Any issues related to visa validity, immigration eligibility, or
refusal of entry are beyond our control and cannot be handled or resolved by
our service.

✅ 3. No-show & Non-refund Policy

The booking will be considered no-show and non-refundable in the following
cases:

- The service cannot be delivered and is non-refundable if the customer is
not present at the designated meeting point, does not follow the provided
instructions to receive Fast Track assistance, or simply changes their mind
(e.g., choosing to use the regular lane instead of Fast Track lane)

- Flight details (including flight number, date, time, or terminal) are
changed without prior notification, resulting in the service being unable to
be arranged or executed.

- Incorrect or incomplete flight information is provided, which prevents the
supplier from locating or assisting the customer.

- The supplier attempts to contact the customer via the provided
communication channels, but confirmation cannot be completed and the customer
cannot be reached at the time of service.

- Any situation in which the service is unable to be used due to the booking
conditions not being met.

✅ 4. Communication & assistance process

The supplier will make reasonable efforts to reach the customer using the
contact details and communication channels provided in the booking. In the
event that confirmation cannot be completed or the customer cannot be located
at the designated meeting point as per the service instructions, the booking
shall be deemed no-show and non-refundable.

✅ 5. Cancellation & refund policy

Once the service is classified as no-show, cancellation or refund will not be
applicable, regardless of the underlying reason. However, if the customer
notifies a cancellation at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled service
time, during local business hours, the supplier will support the cancellation
in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.

Q: How far in advance do I need to book?

A: We recommend booking at least 4–12 hours before your flight to guarantee
service availability and allow our team time to prepare your personalized
instructions. Urgent bookings (under 3 hours) are available at Ho Chi Minh
City only and are subject to availability.

Q: Is baggage handling or luggage delivery included?

A: No. This service covers immigration assistance only. Baggage handling is
not included. If you require additional porter or luggage services, please
contact us in advance and we will do our best to advise on available options.

Q: Is priority check-in included?

A: Priority check-in is not included in the standard service packages. If you
purchase the Fast Check-in Add-on option, our staff will assist you with
priority check-in at the airline counter (subject to airline availability).
Please note that airline check-in procedures are still managed by the airline,
and the final arrangement depends on the airline's regulations and your ticket
