QR code didnt work. Plaza Premium Lounge staff allowed entry on the benefit of the doubt after presenting evidence that I purchased lounge usage through Pelago.
The service I give five stars the staff were really good n friendly Food I would give two stars to put it mildly was poor Lounge set up two stars I booked a six hour stay arrived at 0115 hrs Was tired but the photos are deceiving the seats were horrible if you wanted a nap Photos were so deceiving there was no quiet room for passengers who needed a nap badly Only thing I enjoyed was the hot shower I had on the morning Being charged USD 110 for six hours the lounge experience should have been much better A major letdown
