Entry Method:

Generate QR code e-tickets using the last 4 digits of the booking mobile number + voucher code, OR exchange for physical tickets at the park's ticket window with the same details.

Both persons must enter together on the selected date for one-time verification and admission.

Complimentary Admission:

Children under age 3 OR under 1.0m in height on visit date receive free entry.

Each paying adult (aged 18+ on visit date) may accompany only 1 complimentary child.

Eligibility & ID Check:

Exclusively for Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and overseas residents.

All guests must present one valid ID from:

Hong Kong/Macau Home Visit Permit/ID Card/Passport

Taiwan Compatriot Permit or Taiwan Resident Residence Permit

Passport (overseas nationals)

Failure to present both valid ID and ticket requires purchasing a new ticket at gate price.

Booking Policy:

Book at least 3 days before visit date by 23:59.

Limited availability. Sales may be suspended/stopped based on park operations.

Park Entry Rule:

Visitors under age 16 must be accompanied by someone aged 16+.

Ticket Excludes:

Early entry (1-hour), VIP guided tours, Junior Researcher/Keeper programs, exploration tours, interactive science activities, animal feeding, priority access, stroller/wheelchair rental, luggage storage, power banks, carnival games, designated photo services, and all F&B/shopping (priced as posted onsite).
