- Re-entry to the park is not allowed, and all visitors' wristband tags will be removed upon exit.
- All transactions in the park are conducted in MYR cash or E-load. E-load credits can be pre-loaded at the Ticketing Counter.
- Guests can receive a same-day refund for the unused E-load balance at the Ticketing Counter before 7:00 PM.
- A MYR 100 surcharge applies for switching from a local Malaysian ticket to a foreign national ticket due to incorrect purchases.
- Sunway Lagoon encourages guests to secure their valuables in advance, as the park is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lockers are available at various locations, including the entrance gates and near the Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon.
- Sunway Lagoon reserves the right at its own discretion to carry out renovations and/or upgrading works as and when deemed necessary.
Pro Tip: Bring your own towels, but be sure to store them in a locker before entering the pool. Expect larger crowds during school holidays and weekends, so plan your visit accordingly.

If you go by LRT, the nearest station is USJ 7. From there, hop onto the BRT and head to the Sunway Lagoon Station. Once you get off, it's just a short walk to Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall. Just follow the signs and pathfinders when you arrive!

GEtting entrance was easy- just go to the ticket counter and they issue your wrist band straight away. The park has all that you will like to have for a first time visit to KL- from theme park to water park and even a wildlife park. The staff are helpful and patient and it was a joy to bring my child for his holiday to chill for a day.
Best Trip. Very good for familys with children and also couples. We enjoyed it very well, also feel save all the time. Not to expensive, good Service.
