Highlights
The experience is a practical cooking course in which a complete menu will be made using only seasonal ingredients.
Each dish will be introduced by a local history or tradition and you will learn to cook just like the Apulian grandmothers and mothers do in their kitchens every day.
At the end we will have lunch together around the friendship table.

The experience consists of a practical cooking course aimed at gaining good manual skills by working the Mediterranean products par excellence: wheat and extra virgin olive oil which, giving life to soft and tasty dough, will turn into buns, fresh pasta and desserts to dress with imagination and taste together at the end of the course.
