• If you are feeling unwell please do not come to the tour and let us know at your earliest opportunity
• For each persons please complete Online Waiver Check In before tour before arrival
• All equipment and touch points and cleaned and disinfected
• Please practice social distancing of 1.5m while on tour
• We will give you guidelines at the start of the tour to help everyone stay safe and having fun
• Please follow our instructions to ensure everyones safety

**7 THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU COME PADDLE BOARDING **

1. Your health and safety is important - If you are pregnant
unfortunately you are not permitted to come on the tour. If you have any
medical issues please get your doctors approval and clearance letter if
required. Please forward this to our office info@ecotreasures.com.au

You must inform us of any medical issue we should know about which may
restrict you from participating safely.

2. How to prepare for the tour. Complete Online Waiver Check In waiver
before tour. Drink water before the tour and apply
sunscreen. Also check the what to bring list on
webpage

3. All your belongings will be stored in our bus while on tour if
requested. Please ensure you have all your belongings secure in your bag to
avoid forgetting any items when you leave.

4. Children age is 8-14yrs. All children must be accompanied by an
adult.

5. Tours operator in all weather conditions if it is safe to do so. If
conditions are deemed unsafe the tour will be cancelled up to 2 hours hours
before the tour start time. You will be notified by phone or email if tour
will be cancelled.

**6. Must arrive 20 minutes before tour start time to check in and find
meeting spot and get ready. **
