IMPORTANT TO KNOW ****

All guests must be able to move around the vessel independently and safely.
This includes boarding, handling small steps or

walkways, moving around and staying seated during small waves without crew
assistance. If you’re unsure whether this is suitable for you or your group,

² Cruise time may be extended to 1.25 hours, depending on conditions.

⁴ Beverages and snacks can be purchased on our fully licensed boats only
(Dancing Dolphin and Mandjar).

** LOGISTICS**

Our cruisers depart from MANDURAH CRUISES JETTY, MANDJAR
SQUARE.

We are lucky to have lots of free parking in central Mandurah, very close by.
We recommend the free all day parking close to our

departure point, on Ormsby Terrace, Mandurah, but read this
map for more options.

There is also a fast rail link from central Perth to Mandurah, and
buses which head to
central Mandurah from the station.

We operate daily, usually at 10am, 11.30am, 1.30pm and 3pm. Additional
departures may also be scheduled, so select the day you want and then the
times operating on that day will be visible.

Our main cruises, Mandjar and Dancing Dolphin, are both wheelchair accessible
(up to 71cm width). Substitute vessels may occasionally

be used so if you need wheelchair access, please call us to check for the day
you'd like to travel, so we can make sure your time with us is smooth and

time please call our booking office on 9581 1242.

Terms & Conditions**

Mandurah’s dolphins are wild creatures viewed in their natural environment.
While sighting them is likely, it may not occur on every cruise. Our Dolphin
Guarantee ~ included free-of-charge in every Dolphin Cruise & Views tour ~
guarantees your dolphin sighting. Cruise as many times as you like until you
see them.

Our crew will determine whether there was adequate dolphin sighting during
your cruise. This will be confirmed to all guests at the end of

your tour and noted in our records. It can also be checked retrospectively
with our Booking Office.

Should there be dolphin sighting during your cruise, the Dolphin Guarantee is
not valid for return trips.

Should a dolphin sighting not occur and you wish to use your Dolphin Guarantee
to return, you are free to make another booking within 12

months of your original tour date, subject to availability.

You may return as many times as you wish until you are on a tour where there
is a dolphin sighting.

Return bookings must be made by phone – by calling our Booking office on 08
9581 1242. Dolphin Guarantee bookings are non-transferable

and can only be made for passengers who made the original tour booking.

Once you are on a tour with adequate dolphin sighting, the Dolphin Guarantee
is no longer valid. Should you wish to travel on our Dolphin

Cruise & Views again, a new ticket must be purchased.

Our Dolphin Guarantee is only available for fully-paid bookings with Mandurah
Cruises. Each customer receiving the Guarantee must have initially booked our
Dolphin Cruise & Views tour.

⁵ excludes Christmas Lights and special event cruises.

** TERMS & CONDITIONS**

• Minimum numbers apply for the tour to depart. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
