Went for Chocolate Appreciation and Tasting workshop. Was very education, informative and inspiring. Ronald spent 3 hours with us sharing his passion and it's clear that this chocolate journey of his has led him wanting to share more about craft chocolate making. Highly recommend the workshop.
Ronald very passionately shared his love and appreciation for chocolate and his knowledge how good chocolate is made. There was also sharing of how to unearth the tasting notes in chocolate, which was a very interesting learning experience. Would recommend for any fans of good chocolate.
We learnt a lot about craft chocolate making and the chocolate industry. It was great to interact with the founder of Lemuel. Thank you for sharing your passion for chocolate with us and for being patient answering our questions.
I consider myself extremely fortunate to have come across this workshop. Ronald went above and beyond in sharing with us his passion for the craft and the love that goes into his business. Highly informative, Ronald also gave us a tour of the kitchen and answered all the questions we had. While I came in wanting to learn about chocolate making and tasting, I left with so much more. It is not an exaggeration to say that the workshop not only changed my perspective on chocolate but also inspired me to more actively pursue my own passions. Highly recommended!

An absolutely fantastic experience.
Learnt how to taste 2 types of chocolates Both dark - not my preference. Wish there were more assortment. However Ronald was generous in his sharing and teachings.
