Pick up is included for selected areas (Kuta, Jimbaran, Sanur, Nusa Dua,Seminyak, Legian, Denpasar and Ngurah Rai airport). Provider will reach out to you to arrange for the pick up in Bali at least 1-day before your departure.
Baggage allowance is 25 kilograms per person. Extra baggage (subject to availability) is IDR10,000 per kilo (under $1 per kilogram), payable on the day.
You will need to arrange your own transport to and from your hotel in the Gili Islands.
If you purchase a return ticket, please write your return date upon checkout in the Additional Information section. The return time is 11:00 for Gili Trawangan, 11:15 for Gili Air and 12:15 for Gili Gede.

Pick up and transfer to harbor was easy and convenient. Everything went well. Staff was really friendly and helped us out afterwards for additional transfer.

Smooth and Quick Trip
Booking and check-in were smooth. A staff member will personally reach out via WhatsApp a day before departure to confirm the booking, which is a nice touch. For the leg from Gili T to Gili Air, it might be helpful to inform all passengers beforehand that they may sit anywhere upon boarding, and only move to their assigned seats shortly after reaching Gili Air. This could help avoid unnecessary confusion. On my departure trip, the Wi-Fi details were provided, which was appreciated. However, on the return leg, no such information was shared. Given that passengers are paying a slightly more premium price for this package compared to standard options, they are likely to expect a consistently better experience throughout.
Really well organised with transfers boarding etc unlike the rather chaotic experience I had with another operator
Seating was very spacious. The entire transfer went smoothly, all the way to the drop off to my hotel. The only unexpected thing was that there wasn't any air-con on the boat. Only reason I mentioned this is because the waters were quite choppy and sea water kept splashing in on 1 side of the boat and we couldn't open the windows for ventilation for almost 1/2 the trip. Other than that, it was good!
