The experience includes a walk through the vineyard, guided by the owner, Giovanna Tantini, to learn about the Winery’s philosophy; followed by the tasting of the 6 wines that best exemplify the evolution of the company and all the relative passages and enhancements made over the years. One will understand the various stages of growth that have characterized these wines over time.

Leading off the tasting is Custoza, a crisp white wine typical of the area with a high percentage of Garganega grapes, followed by Chiaretto, the DOC rosé typical of Lake Garda made with Corvina and Rondinella grape varieties, identified by their crispness and longevity. The next wine, Bardolino, a light to medium bodied red from Corvina and Rondinella grape varieties. The expression of the Corporate Identity. You will then taste their signature wine, DOC Garda Corvina, made solely with Corvina variety grapes. To conclude the tasting will be two wines dedicated to the winemaker’s children: Ettore, 80% Corvina cut with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot aged in wood for 18 months, and Greta, 100% Corvina in which the grapes are dried in the vineyard, a distinct and difficult process that characterizes its strong identity; the wine ages for 24 months in wood.
