Terrible experience, would not recommend. It was chaotic when we arrived and we were not given any clear instructions on what to do and where to go. When we arrived to return the rental, they said that we were wearing the themed outfits and not the traditional outfits that we paid so we had to pay additional 20,000 won. Not a single staff told us that the outfit we wore was themed and they did not tell us that we had to go to the counter to get a wristband after changing into the hanbok. It was very disorganised and felt disappointed at the overall experience.
