Cruise guests must provide the full name of their cruise ship when booking so we can coordinate the experience with their port schedule.
This experience is available with or without round-trip transportation from Costa Maya Port. Please select your preferred option when booking.
Pickup Time: With transportation, the first pickup is at 9:00 AM Ship Time or one hour after your cruise ship arrives, whichever is later.
Meeting Point: Your driver will meet you just outside the main access to Costa Maya Port. Look for Gabriel or Ruth near a welcome board displaying your name.
Walking Time: Please allow approximately 15 minutes to walk from your cruise ship to the meeting point.
Self-Arrival: Guests who select the option without transportation will receive detailed directions to the beach club after booking.
Package Selection: Your food and beverage inclusions depend on the Silver, Gold or Platinum Package selected at booking. Alcoholic beverages are not included with Silver.
Rain or Shine: This experience operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the day’s weather.
Beach Conditions: Seaweed, water clarity, waves and other beach or sea conditions are natural and may vary depending on weather and seasonal conditions.
Water Activities: Kayaks and paddleboards are available at an additional cost and subject to availability. Water activities may be restricted due to wind, lightning or other unsafe weather conditions.
What to Bring: Bring a towel, swimsuit, sunscreen, hat and comfortable beachwear. Extra cash is recommended for gratuities, rentals, massages and personal purchases.
No Port, No Pay: If your cruise ship does not call at Costa Maya Port, you will receive a full refund.
Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
Wheelchairs: The beach club is wheelchair accessible. Transportation can accommodate foldable or collapsible wheelchairs only; non-folding wheelchairs cannot be accommodated in the vehicle.
