- Digital special tickets cannot be used with other tickets or IC card tickets. Fare adjustment machines cannot be used either.
- When using digital special tickets, please use ticket gates that support QR codes.
- For refunds, please contact the place of purchase, such as your travel agency.
- In cases of natural disasters or other disruptions, the railway operator (service provider) may suspend or partially interrupt services associated with the digital special ticket without prior notice.
- If necessary, refunds for digital special tickets may still be processed through this ticket service, even after usage has started, at the discretion of the railway operator.
- The ticket cannot be used if purchase information cannot be confirmed due to device malfunction or a dead battery. In such cases, the standard passenger fare from the entry station to the exit station will be charged separately.
- This ticket is valid for one day, from 3:00 AM to 2:59 AM the following day. Please ensure you press the “Start Use” button after 3:00 AM on the day of use. Activating the ticket between 12:00 AM and 2:59 AM will render it invalid for use after 3:00 AM.
