The tour starts from Sredno Vodno. From there we are visiting Markovo Kruvce, an archaeological remains from the 6th century. From there we are going to visit Monastery Saint Pantelejmon from the XII century, situated near the village Nerezi. In this monastery we can see some of the most beautiful fresco paintings in Macedonia, patronized by the Komnenos Byzantine Dynasty. After the visit to the monastery we rode to the Millennium Cross located at the top of Mountain Vodno. From the summit, we can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Skopje, drink coffee in the mountain hut, and then descend to our starting point.
