There are many cooking schools in Chiang Mai but I picked this one for its diverse menu, market visit and "farm" atmosphere. Because students are cooking different meals, there were times when it was difficult to follow the instructor. Experience can also be improved by explaining more about the dishes, although they did a great job explaining the ingredients at the market. Overall, we had a fun time, the instructor was entertaining, and the food was better than what we ate at some restaurants! We will be using their recipes. We've taken several cooking classes around Thailand and this has been the best one so far.
A fun, well-organised cooking class with delicious food and great value for money. Loved the hands-on experience, market visit, picking ingredients at their farm, and being able to pack and take the food home. Highly recommended!
