Yes buying your own ticket would be more economical but joining this tour allowed us to gain a deeper insight into the art at the Accademia, and appreciate Michaelangelo’s sculptures more. Our guide for the tour was Martina and she had a wry sense of humour that had us chuckling throughout. Well worth it!
