• What time and where do we have lunch?

Lunch time is included within the 4 hours of traveling in Yufuin, and the tour
guide in charge will recommend places to eat on the way to Yufuin.

• Is it okay to book the tour on the day of arrival or departure?

The bus departs from Hakata Station exactly at 8:20 AM on the day of the trip,
so we cannot wait if you are late for the meeting time for the sake of other
travelers. If you use it on the day of departure, the arrival time may be
delayed depending on traffic conditions. We cannot assist with missed flights
on the day of your trip, so please be careful before booking.

• Is the reservation confirmed immediately after payment?

It may take up to 3 days from the date of payment to receive confirmation.
Also, even after the reservation is confirmed, the departure may be canceled
due to reasons such as lack of participants or company circumstances 7 days
before your travel date. In this case, we will contact you directly to proceed
with a prompt cancellation and full refund. In particular, if you book within
72 hours of the departure time, there is a possibility of cancellation one day
before due to reasons such as reaching the maximum number of participants.

• Is the price the same for adults and minors?

Since it is a price per seat, the price is the same for ages 5 and up. For

reservation agency service. However, if you request it from the tour guide on
the day of the trip, they will assist you.

• Can you recommend local accommodations?

Please understand that it is difficult to recommend accommodations as each
traveler's travel budget, preferences, and desired aspects when choosing
accommodations are different, and we do not handle accommodations separately.

• Is there anything I receive separately after booking?

There are no separate tickets or vouchers sent after your booking is
confirmed. On the day of the trip, we will verify your identity using your
name and contact information. Therefore, there are no documents you need to
prepare for the day of the trip. Please bring proof of age, such as a
passport, only if you are accompanied by children.

• Can you provide pick-up and drop-off at my accommodation for the tour?

This product is a group tour, and boarding and drop-off are only available at
the designated meeting point; pick-up or drop-off at your accommodation or
specific locations is not possible. However, boarding and drop-off are
available at the designated travel destinations.

• Does the tour proceed if it rains?

The tour will proceed as scheduled unless there is heavy rain equivalent to a
natural disaster.

• Is it possible to eat food in the vehicle?

You may consume simple, odorless food. However, to avoid inconveniencing other
travelers, consuming smelly food (such as eggs, sandwiches, etc.) is not
allowed inside the vehicle.

• Is it possible to pre-select bus seats?

This product does not have a reserved seating system; you may sit in any
available seat on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the trip. If
you have a preferred seat, we recommend arriving at the meeting point a little
