Meeting Point & Pickup Information
- Monday to Friday: Check in at the Trade Desk next to the Welcome Centre on the Lower Concourse.
- Saturday to Sunday: Check in at the Welcome Centre Desk in front of the Gift Store.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
- Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.
Must Know
- Photography and video recording are not permitted inside the theatres; your guide will advise where photos are allowed.
- Large luggage (larger than A4 size) is not permitted; storage facilities are not available.
- Mobile phones must be turned off or on silent during the tour.
- Actual venues visited are subject to availability based on performance schedules.
- Face masks are strongly recommended inside theatres and foyers.
