Take some photos and begin snorkeling ↓ ④ 11:00 / 15:00 – Snorkeling ends, return to the port ↓ ⑤ 11:30 / 15:30 – Drop-off at Uehara Port or your accommodation The schedule may change depending on weather and tide conditions. Important Information for Tour Participants Please read carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Punctuality & Advance Notice Please arrive on time. If you are late or absent without prior notice, it may be considered a cancellation, and cancellation fees may apply. If you expect to be late, please contact us in advance. Final Confirmation We will contact you by the day before the tour to confirm details such as the meeting location and time via the phone number or email you provided. Please register contact information that is reachable within Japan. If you do not receive any communication by 6:00 PM the day before, please contact IRIOMOTE ADVENTURE PiPi using the method listed on your ticket. Hotel Pick-up If you request hotel pick-up on Iriomote Island, your meeting time may differ from the standard time. Please contact us the day before using the method listed on your ticket to confirm your exact pick-up time. Participation Requirements Eligible ages: 6 to 59 years old Pregnant individuals, children under 6, and those with pre-existing medical conditions cannot participate. If you have any concerns, please consult us in advance. For Those Who Are Anxious If you are concerned about physical strength or fear of the ocean, please feel free to consult us before booking. Equipment & Safety For water activities, wearing a life jacket, fins, and snorkel mask is mandatory. If you do not agree to wear the required safety gear, you will not be allowed to participate. For your safety, please follow the guide’s instructions at all times. Weather Conditions The tour will generally go ahead even in rainy weather. However, it may be canceled if the field is deemed unsafe. Clothing & Preparation Please wear clothing suitable for getting wet. There are no toilets at the activity site, so please use one in advance. Participation under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Shower Facilities Showers are available at our office. Please bring a towel and a change of clothes. You may be denied boarding the ferry if you are still in wet clothing. Languages Tours are conducted in Japanese or English. Please note that depending on availability, the tour may be conducted in Japanese only.
