• There is no pick-up fee for downtown hotels.
• For pick-ups at suburban hotels, a minimum of 2 people is required, and an additional fee of 13,000 KRW per person may apply. We will provide payment instructions individually after booking.

• If the minimum number of participants for departure is not met, the tour may be cancelled. In this case, we will notify you individually and provide a full refund.
• This tour is tailored for those in their 20s and 30s. It is available for participants aged 18 and older.
• In this snap-style city tour, regardless of the guide's capabilities, individuals are responsible for taking all their own photos within the allotted tour time.
• Any additional food or beverages ordered at the restaurant or rooftop bar during dinner must be paid for at your own expense.

• All tour locations are public facilities; even if you book a private tour, other teams or people may be present at the site. (You are not renting the entire facility.)

  
  

• If your passport is damaged or has less than 6 months of validity remaining, you will not be able to board the flight or enter Malaysia.

  
  
• Please provide your exact English name as it appears on your passport when booking.
• The tour may be cancelled on the day of departure due to rain; in the event of cancellation, the full tour fee will be refunded.
• The itinerary and details above may be subject to change without prior notice due to local conditions (traffic, weather changes, etc.), and some courses may be omitted or changed if unavoidable.

【Important Notes for Travel】

• Although this is a hot and humid tropical region, there may be a temperature difference between indoors and outdoors due to air conditioning in hotels/resorts, so we highly recommend bringing long-sleeved clothing.
• Our company is not responsible for accidents caused by your personal health condition, or for safety accidents, theft, or illnesses that occur due to personal negligence during free time. Please be mindful of your safety.

• Please behave in accordance with local cultural etiquette when visiting religious sites such as mosques during the tour.

  
  

• The individual is solely responsible for any accidents caused by excessive alcohol consumption during the tour.

  
  
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from individual shopping, optional tours, or personal activities during times when the guide is not present.
• It is not possible to change from the scheduled tour itinerary to an individual itinerary, and no refunds will be given if you leave the tour for personal reasons. (For private tours, you may coordinate with the guide on-site.)
• Please wear your seatbelt whenever possible while the vehicle is moving, and refrain from careless actions such as standing up while the vehicle is in operation.

【Information on Free Insurance (Up to 100 Million KRW) for Tour Applicants】

1. After booking the tour, please provide your name, resident registration
number, tour date, and travel region via message.

2. Insurance is provided for 2 days based on the tour date, and for up to 5
days if you participate in 2 or more tours.

3. Enrollment is possible at least 2 business days in advance, and if you
cancel the tour, the insurance premium is at your own expense.

4. Enrollment is possible until the day before departure, and enrollment is
not available on public holidays.

5. Insurance enrollment is optional; if you do not wish to enroll, you may
ignore this information.
