You will know the dish and the history of the most famous dish of Italian cuisine, and all the forms in which it can be presented. In the heart of the center of Rome in one of our restaurants, we will guide you step by step teaching the simplest and oldest technique of one of the most famous culinary traditions in the world, which you can then repeat when you return home! Come and spend a day with us, meet other people, have fun, make new friends and enjoy a dish and dessert entirely made by you and accompanied by a magnificent glass of wine.
