It was easy to book the sim card. We were sent the vouchers for the sims collection before we arrived in Dubai. On Arrival we went to kitmyshop they requested us to directly goto Etisalat shop to collect it. At the Etisalat shop we requested for esim instead of physical sim and our request was immediately addressed and esim were installed in both the phones. I am writing this review on the next day of collecting and sim services have been working fine uptill now.
It was a seamless experience once you find the outlet!
