Easy to redeem at the CU convenience store at Incheon airport. Highly recommended. Could use the card for both shopping purchase and transportation. Just need to activate the card for shopping use.

Horrible No one knows where to collect the card. The information counter at the airport also did not know. Scammed.
Easy to redeem and top up. Able to customize the picture for the card. Only thing is u cannot top up at the metro station, only at the kiosk using cash or card or convenience store using cash
It is good and very convenient. Just that it is a little hard to find the kiosk at the Incheon. It's at the 2 sides of the arrival hall when looking out for the CU shops.
The card is quite useful if you need e-money. However, the collection instruction is very unclear I have to go back and forth and only CU store in the F section has the machine. Also no instruction on how to redeem it on the machine. You have to keep trying until the machine can read the QR code provided. It took me almost 1 hour to settle for this going back and forth in the airport
