• The basic service time for this tour is 3 hours, including all stops, sightseeing and travel time.

• If the trip exceeds 3 hours, an extension fee of 30,000 Korean won per hour will be charged to the customer based on the actual time exceeding the limit. Please pay the fee directly to the driver in cash.

• If you anticipate a tour lasting more than 3 hours, please indicate this in the remarks section when booking (e.g., "Please arrange a 6-hour tour"). In this case, you only need to book the basic 3-hour tour, and the remaining hours will be paid to the driver in cash on the day of the tour.

🎯 Itinerary Scope Description

The tour is limited to the area within the region selected at the time of booking (Chuncheon, Gangneung, or Sokcho).

If the attractions you have arranged are located outside this area, the driver may not be able to arrange to go there. We apologize for any inconvenience.

To avoid disruptions to your trip, we recommend that you confirm before departure that all your destinations are located within the selected area.

If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us 3 days before departure to receive a full refund.

No refunds will be issued if the trip is cancelled within 2 days prior to departure or if the trip is not used on the day of departure. We apologize for the inconvenience.

⏰Notice Regarding Itinerary Changes

If you need to change your travel time, please submit your application at least 2 days before departure.

Since driver schedules are arranged in advance, we cannot guarantee that the change request will be successful. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We suggest you contact your supplier the day before your departure to confirm whether adjustments are possible.

🚫 No contact/Late arrival policy

If the passenger fails to appear at the scheduled departure time and cannot be contacted, the reservation will be considered automatically cancelled and no refund will be given.

If you are late due to traffic or other reasons, please contact us before your scheduled departure time. The driver may wait for up to 1 hour, but the trip will still end at the original scheduled time.

(For example: If your booked trip is from 09:00 to 12:00, and you meet the driver at 10:00, the trip will still end at 12:00.)

📅 Weekend and Holiday Policy

If your trip falls on a weekend or a Korean national holiday, cancellations or changes are only accepted if made by 3:00 PM on Friday or before the last working day.
