Very smooth transfer from Krabi airport to our resort at Ko Lanta. The driver was waiting right at the exit with a sign with my name on it, and the ride was steady and safe. A baby chair was provided as requested. Highly recommended.

Driver was already waiting for us when we exit from arrival hall, had to wait a while at kerbside while driver get vehicle. Ride was overall good except that he forgot to on aircon
I think it would be good if they can confirm via email 48 hours before the pick-up so that in the event they couldn't pick up, I can arrange for another airport transfer. The pick up nevertheless was smooth at the airport. The van isn't as powerful though, kind of struggling when going up slopes. Seat belts were way too tight. The driver was polite though.
