Verified Traveller.Family (with young kids)

Booked an Adult German ticket by mistake along with 3 other English speaking tickets. The guide at check in assured me that they will refund the German tour ticket as it was a mistake but Pelago replied that refund was rejected. Poor service especially when it’s obviously a booking error and we didn’t go on the German tour!
