Tops is an observation deck located at the top of Busai Hills in the Busay
District, about 10km up the mountain from central Cebu City. At about 600
meters high, it's a popular scenic spot offering panoramic views of Cebu City
and even Mactan Island. The observation deck is open 24 hours a day, so you
can visit at any time and enjoy the different views during the day and at
night.
