When renting a car, please present your voucher, International Driving Permit (IDP), your driver's license and its Japanese translation and passport (all original copies) to the counter.
If you do not have the relevant documents, the car rental service will not be provided and will be regarded as a cancellation on the same day. A 100% handling fee will be charged.
The pick-up time is usually set as 1.5 hours after the flight landing, and the return time must be at least 2 hours earlier than the flight departure. If the return time is expected to be delayed or the return location is changed, please contact the store in advance.
The fuel tank of the rental cars is full at pick-up (no additional fuel is required). When returning the rental car, please be sure to fill up the tank before drop-off. If the fuel is not filled when drop-off, you will be charged in cash according to the actual mileage.
It is strictly forbidden to return the car overtime. If you cannot return the car on time, please call in advance. When returning the car, the overtime fee will be charged according to the overtime period, and the fee will be calculated by the on-site staff.
If you are fined for parking violations, please settle the fine before returning the vehicle.

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 72 hours.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 8 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 8 days before the date of selection.
