Poor communication from the ferry company. I bought round trip tickets. On the way going we left about 1 hour after boarding started. Going back to Phuket was schedule at 2:30 and left before 2:40. They didn't communicate to be at the ferry before 2:30 to depart shortly after. We missed the boat, actually watched it pull off as we walked to the loading dock. We had to purchase additional tickets to get back to Phuket.

Gave them 3 stats because we arrived before the 8:30 boarding time and checked in. We boarded the boat but didn't leave until about a hour after boarding. The ticket says 8:30 but we left later then missed the 2:30 trip back to Phuket because they left on time at 2:30 as the ticket stated. No one explained to be back before 2:30 and they were gone by 2:40.
