No communication regarding pickup before the tour date. We reached out to them with inquiries and received no response. No pickup on the day of the tour. We ended up cancelling altogether, and our entire day was ruined. Since then, all we've heard is that they’re “checking with the local provider,” and we still haven’t received a refund. The absolute worst service imaginable.
