Restrictions
- The “Adult” ticket is valid for ages 12 and above.
- Children who are 12 years old and currently attending elementary school are treated as children.
- You can reserve tickets for up to 4 people, but all users must stay together during use. Splitting up during the trip is not allowed. If you wish to act separately, please make individual reservations.

- Please prepare a smartphone with a camera function that can access the internet.
*This service does not work with feature phones (flip phones).

・For refunds before use, contact the travel agency or seller where you purchased the ticket. Once the “Start Use” button is pressed, refunds are no longer possible.
・The railway operator (service provider) may suspend or interrupt all or part of the services available via this digital ticket without prior notice due to disasters or other reasons.
・Even after starting use, if deemed necessary by the railway operator (service provider), refunds or other measures for this digital ticket may be carried out.
・If the device malfunctions, runs out of battery, or purchase information cannot be confirmed, use of the ticket is not possible. In this case, the regular passenger fare from the boarding station to the exit station will be collected separately.
・This ticket treats 3:00 AM to 2:59 AM the next day as one day. Please be sure to press the “Start Use” button after 3:00 AM on the day of use. If use is started between 0:00 and 2:59 AM, it cannot be used after 3:00 AM.
・Handling is subject to transport regulations and other terms.
