The driver was accommodating to the trip and adjusted the timing when required. The only thing that could be better was that the additional surcharge wasn’t stated earlier in the sign up (not part of the hotels stated) and the contact with the driving company had to be initiated by myself as no one reached out to me and the app didn’t request any information.
The voucher did not indicate the timings booked and no one responded to email provided. Was only contacted at 5:35am for my pickup at 10am. This is very stressful for one who prefers to settle everything pre-journey
Worst experience ever with this service provider. No vehicle number provided initially and someone showed up 20min late. Same issue for return trip where we are unable to locate the vehicle, yet service provider did not answer call. Book with them if u want to spoil ur day and have anxiety over what will happen next
