This one and half hours train journey is one of the best scenic journeys in the railway network of Sri Lanka. 08:30 Arrive at the trekking starting point. Your guide will give you a brief introduction about the trekking prior to the start. 08:45 Hike through the rugged terrain passing some wonderful valleys, waterfalls and tea fields. The cool climate makes it an attractive destination for nature trekkers. 13:00 Visit Bambarakanda waterfalls and enjoy your lunch with chilled beer. 14:30 Enjoy a river bath and refresh before leaving the place. 16:30 You will be dropped off at your hotel.
