The whole experience was poor: - No confirmation was sent and neither was there any details of pick up provided. Tried to contact operator but there was no response. Tried to go through pelago and was just told to expect details to be sent a few hours before pick up but that never happened - whole tour was rushed and there was only enough time given at Capilano, Granville was only an hour, which is only sufficient time for lunch and no time for exploring. The only positive for the tour was our guide, Gavin who was very engaging and patient. However, would not recommend to book under this tour operator
